Orientation Day

Induction Week
Learn about Elanco, our purpose and history and get to know your fellow students
Mentor Selection
Choose the mentor(s) that you want to keep in touch with regularly to talk about your career, your work, and get any help or advice you need
Agile 101
Understanding how modern businesses work
Insights Discovery®
Use Insights Discovery® profiling to provide a framework for self-understanding and development of relationships with others
Applications open for 2027
Elanco will be accepting applications for students starting in 2027
Presentation roulette
A friendly and fun session to help you think on your feet and work at your presentation skills
Interviews for 2027
Students will be invited to a remote first stage interview, and if successful will travel to Hook to take part in an on-site assessment centre
Celebration of Success Event
You'll all be invited to celebrate the successes of the year, at an event which happens to coincide with the festive season
Elanco Hackathon
An opportunity for you to get involved with the rest of the Elanco team and participate in a day long hackathon where you create an innovative solution to be used in Elanco
6 Month Review
A detailed discussion and review with your manager about your work, and performance over the first 6 months of your placement

If we still have roles open, we accept further applications and interview for students starting in 2027
End of Placement Celebration
An opportunity for all the students to come together to share and recognise the accomplishments, progress and personal improvements they have made during the placement
12 Month Review
A detailed discussion and review with your manager about your work, and performance at the end of your placement
